    Baskerville, are you still at Imagination?
    I guess I would push for a review, most places are happy to but will leave you to make the moves to ask for one. It's easier for you to keep track of your career than for your bosses and one more thing for them to think about. It's not right but generally the norm. I would go to the review with a set of leading questions about your performance and the work you have taken on, illustrate how important you have been and how keen you are to stay. Get them to agree about your worth to the company and then bring up money.
    They won't mention it unless you do!
