I've been thinking about this recently.
I was supposed to have a 6 month review in my current job but it never happened I've now been there for about 8 months. It would still be good to have a review but should I be looking for a payrise?I do easily as much work if not more that the senior designers (who must be paid twice what I am) and I've been running my own project for a while now.
How much % raise should I ask for? I don't want to stay in this comapny for more than 2 years and I want to progress in that time.
