jevad thats what i keep saying...and everytime i said you said it was thailand...i couldnt have said it better than gbz said it...
when SARS happened, everything happened...HK became very strict, at least when i got fined it was only $700, but i still had to pay!!! and that was a cig...there are huge signs in the airport about it and just before you land the flight attendants stress the fact of never littering anything as the fines are outrageously expensive. but its saftey reasons and making the streets clean, something i wish would happen here in nyc.
