That being said, the only way to avert that would be a psuedo covert policy to enable the Iranian people, who, like everyone else, are decent people being right royally fucked over by their Government.. The mullahs are shafting that place and threatening to bring their country into the line of fire, whist most of the people there are under 30, poor, pissed off, uneducated and rife for a clarion cry against whomever their leaders decide is responsible. All the Iranians I know or have met are cool folks, saddened by the death spiral they see themselves heading into, which is none of their doing.
Just bomb the fuck out of their government and leave the rest of them alone.
Actually, that sounds like great advice that many other places could use.
I'd like to establish a global internet state, where you can be a citizen, pay central taxes etc wherever you live in the world, and renounce your old-world geo-political citizenship. It would have its own currency (I have yet to receive an answer from PayPal as I write this), and would be recognized by all old-world govt's, under penalty of withdrawing internet priveledge, access and capital, and we could all just get on with life, away from the stir mongerings, bullying, explosions and exploitation fostered by fucknuts such as Mr Hannity.
There, I knew I'd get him in at the end.
