Typically I don't drink coffee, mainly tea.
But in heavy work situations, specifically non-stop consecutive days, I drink about two a day.
I try not to drink too many cups, as I like to save the "punch" of caffeine in situations where I really need it.
Plus, eating fruits, veggies, and nuts in between meals helps boost energy in a controlled manner, without the dramatic drop in energy found in quick stimulants.
