i'm there too. we're to the point where our offer has been accepted and now we're going through steps prior to closing. just had the house inspection this morning and it went quite well. i walked through the whole inspection with the guy and it was very informative. i suggest being there for the inspection if possible. next step pest inspection, radon inspection. if all goes well we'll close on March 6th.
It is stressful though. I don't typically get stressed out much at all but i've been losing sleep. if i wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom etc. i get back in bed and lie there for an hour thinking stuff like "can we afford to the hardwoods refinished AND have the front porch redone," "How much does a fucking lawnmower cost? etc.
