That's certainly true...i had a honda civic, got stolen 3 times in JP over the course of two years. The last time they found it in Quincy, and there wasn't much left of it.
If you dont' drive a honda or a toyota tho, you should be fine.
Get a pedal lock. Steering wheel locks do NOTHING.
