I've noticed that if you give a PBS spammer some shit, for spamming the PBS with their shit, more times than not I start getting more and more spam email.
If you know where it is coming from google "free newsletter" and sign his ass up too. Or, 'whois' his domain and get his home address. Send a no return address letter saying 'Please, no more spam or you'll be signed up for every magazine one can think of, with the bill me later option checked.'
That should do the trick.
