    + Instrument that accepts MIDI files (.mid)
    + Button to hit play

    Take your Radiohead CD and choose the song you want to convert to MIDI, take the .mid file and import into any instrument that accepts MIDI files. Hit the play button and export. Poof you got a cover of Radiohead. ;)
