are you getting a better benefit package? does IBM match dollar for dollar in your 401k??? now would be a good time to find out about that...what is your new medical, dental, life, holistic, massage meal plan?? being with a corporate giant like IBM should offer strong salary increases per quarter as some believe only once per year. do you get better days off?? does your petty cash get larger? did you even have petty cash b4?? will nt be blocked off your new companies ip?? will BIG DADDY BE WATCHING YOU??? remmember what happend to MX_OnD as an example...dont be posting here every 11 seconds...IBM sounds BIG!!! old school tough boys...
