organic meat/fish.eggs/milk are so much better, The amount of shite that's pumped into our produce is shocking.

-------------------when i started getting to organic stuff 10 years ago it was more of an environmental issue than a health issue. It is being aligned to lifestyles now and there are trade-offs. I'll now sometimes choose locally produced - e.g. if i can buy a tomato grown down the road i'd rateher that than an organic tomato that has to be shipped from new zealand or whereever. but i'd contact local producers and asked them to consider organic.
it would be interesting to ask your box scheme if they support local producers.
