  With the ban starting here in scotland next month, a bunch of bars and clubs are already building outdoor patios.

  Some haughty bitch who never drank in your local for over 20 years will turn up just to make sure you're not having too much fun and that the wind's blowing south-east to the door. Half these people on the telly today expressing their joy probably dont even go in pubs because it's so terribly lower class...
