I always want to dig down in Greenland to the pre-industrial ice layers so I could melt a glass of pure water and drink it. Of course, it should be hard to carbon date each layer and select your water accordingly. I'll take a pint of "Josephine, ca 1805" or "Messalina" taking it way back.
Its going to melt pretty soon anyway and when its just water, not history water, who'll want it?
