I'm sure if I had nothing better to do with my time I could google news of men acquitted of charges in hunting accidents, but it's a lost cause as usual.
Thinking about it I'm actually positive now that Cheney meant to shoot his friend in the face and neck. Then, when the fucker survived they spent the next 18 hours debating shooting him again and figuring out how to blame it on the terrorists to raise the fear level to orange.
