headhunters are only worth it if your good. When I first started, they didn't really give me the time of day. Now, I can pretty much pick the job I want with them. If your sellable is all that matters. They are pimps, plain and simple. They take a cut of what you do. First lesson, they are not your friend!!! Second lesson, they will screw you on your rate. if they say pay is between 20-30, demand 30, or walk. they make the difference, hence why they want to go low.
