ahh buggers! just come to NYC if your talented they hire you, doesn't freakin' matter, there are damn near half a million Irishmen in NYC with no work permit at all not to mention the countless other Africans, Arabs and Latinos with absolutely no work permit, believe me, you speaka Inglish, you a good'a! lol!
