someone i used to work with (she is not a designer) just got a new job and they are paying for all her move, and gave her a bonus to buy a car (she was moving out of nyc). and also i think they gave her a bonus for getting a new apt.
really its all about what you ask for. she asked them if they would do it and they said yes.
