Some other details of the story:
1. The client was very in hurry because of an event ... So no time for proof, checking and sign ... but i agree that for that maybe is my fault!
2. I usually work with another printer. This was a friend of my friend..
3. The printer gave the job to another big printer company because the format of the brochure was too big for him.
So he modified the file and gave the new version to them..4. I will never work again with them (and they know... )
5. This is the first time i had so problems. When he has a problem my "official" printer call me back.
