oh Chossy that's shite - surely you won't lose your job though, you being an in-demand man of great talent an all?
I've printed things without dates and venues, printed things on the wrong side of inlay cards so we had to pay to re-print and spend days re-packaging ourselves. etc.
once electrocuted a co-worker in another job, and nearly killed a child while allowing them a shot on the floor polishing machine when I was a school cleaner (luckily they have an automatic cut off :/ )
