car related story
i was helping my friend fix his car at local rally in one of the stages. we were fixing the axles and i was in charge to correctly place them into the hubs. they ended up not going into the grooves correctly but i didn't notice cause we were all rushing to get out to the next stage. axles ended coming out, lost all his drivetrain. had to retire the rally and lost his points. ended up only being able to get 8th.
