Of the mentioned slabs, Serifa would be my choice. It's the most versatile, least irregular. Best of the 4 for text. It was designed by Frutiger, so it's that's a good sign. Coudal used it on their old site and it looked great.
Stymie and Rockwell are from the 30s and look like it. More idiosyncratic, weights are irregular. Best for display.
Lubalin Graph, as someone alluded, is merely Avant Garde with slabs attached. It can look great, but it's a novelty face:
