I used to like Cholula hot sauce on eggs, burritos, and chili but I'm finding it doesn't kick the way it used to. Tabasco is a little too much vinegar for me, though its has some heat. For awhile, Cheech's Chipotle had some attraction and then I noticed there's apile of self-labeled hotsause that all tasted like Texas Pete.
