i've been in and around this business for a lot longer than most of the kids on here. my background's in marketeering and i have a Phd in Risk Management, and i must say that the majority of burds i've met in the bizness right, that are 'creatives', are either a. dykes b. quite old and b. again..short haired chicks with horned rimmed specs and dressed in black, and smoke rollups. the sorta chicks you need at say, a private view, so that folks say, fuck me, them burds look like them artisty types. i have never met any burds that look like say, that french chick from 'allo allo...vikki michelle, vikki with a 'K'..like mickey.. saying that, i've hired a few burds in my various companies for sort of creative support jobs, getting stationery and booking print jobs, organising my NEW business lunches an' stuff-they're quite good at all that.especially when they're bring the bananas up the stairs at the back door and i'm having a fag outside, shouting 'shows yer knockers, grace'- or 'arse' an that. haha. as a boss of upto 45 people,i had that anti-fashion thing going on to, when mini skirts were the rage i had the burds coming in in pencil or A-line skirts, when the fashion changed, i had them coming in minis!! i even stopped Dress Down Friday, cos it was scruffy as fuck..instead i invented Black Bra and White Shirt day: On It For The Weekend!, hahaha, 6 burds did it the first week as well!!! just cos i dsaid it. that's creative if you ask me..burds would never of thought of shit like that. daft eh??
