Had the same problem jevad.
I'm on my fourth 4th gen. 20g iPod from that same "click of death" problem... I've had it replaced 3 times, and now finally, my warranty was up about 2 months ago, and my fourth one has shit out on me. FOUR FUCKIN IPODS IN A 14 MONTH PERIOD.
Truly a piece of shit.
