I bought the extended warranty roadside assistance with my Jetta for 4 years. So last year I was taking my wife on this little field trip here geography class was taking and I ran over a the steel clamp that goes on firehoses. Don't ask me what the hell it was doing on the highway. It rips a huge hole in my oil pan and I immidiately pull over. So I call up Roadside Assistance and my warranty ran out 2 days ago! 2 DAYS!!!! I NEVER USED THE DAMN THING AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE WOULD NOT CUT ME SOME SLACK!!!!!! Damn I'm still mad about it!!!
