With all of the fucked up iPods in the world...Apple should have some reasonable repair available. $250 for repair is out of the question....that's just lame. Why isn't there better service available for thesae shiny gadgets we spend a shitload of cash on to only last a short periodl.
I am on my 4th iPod since 2001, Best Buy stopped replacing them even though I have a 4-year warranty. I got a shuffle 4 months ago and it quit playing music, only works as a thumb drive.
I think it's bullshit!
