I was thinking about incorporating it into a larger spectrum ie a website dedicated to naming and shaming clients and outstanding invoices. There would have to be a strict criteria involved with posting to prevent abuse but it could work. This obviously does happen a lot. As individuals we do not much power and the hassle of small claims can be off putting for small potatoes jobs but as a community perhaps we can bring some light to bear on this matter.
