I think I like it the way it is..
sharing is amazing, you can upload, post from other sites, download, is fast, interfase is intuitive, content keeps getting bigger and bigger, tons of users.. I don't know what I would change, is very well put toghether..Maybe I would offer some different template players so when you post it on your site can get integrated to your site better.
Example: black player, redplayer, transparent, etc.
