Lets be honest.. There are drug situations in any city you go to.
Personally I've never had a drink in my life. Never touched any drugs and dont plan on it. And I grew up down here too. I coach football at Santa Margarita. And although there are I'm sure plenty of kids experimenting. I dont see it in the kids I coach. Like I said. Drugs are everywhere. South Pasadena as well.
Well..Cookie cutter depends on where you are talking about. I have plenty of friends in South Pasadena and there are plenty of cookie cutter houses there as well. And they are much smaller than the OC ones I priced a year ago when I bought. So..no offense but that arguement doesnt cut it with me. :) I'm sure there are some realy cool unique older houses though just like there are in all areas. Shit..Coto de Caza has some houses with some pretty incredible character if you ask me. :) Of course they are all over 2mil. :)

Hey..lets move to Fresno. :) That's where I'm headed in a few years. Cheap ass housing..hour away from Yosemite..now thats what I'm talking about. :)
