One guy was living in a swamp. Anyone know the name?

(Feb 6 06, 17:23)saw something once where a homeless guy build his own island in the mangroves of Cancun out of plastic bottles. he still lives there and it has been claimed as a tourist attraction. seriously. i'd like a link to that.
