If you do any work on mobile or ITV platforms you have noticed the lack of Flash support. It comes down to money as Macrobe will charge the device vendor for all the player upgrades. My reason fo supporting AJAX is that it is much more likely that I'm going to have support for it in the local presentation engine than Flash.
