If he's given you projects before and will continue to then take that into account when pricing....especially if he is decent to work with/for.
I would do around $500 US with 2 revisions. Any/all additional revisions cost $XX.XX hourly....whatever your hourly rate is.
I can usually bust out 10 logo comps in about 8 hours. They pick one, I make 1 or 2 revisions, save out a logo kit, burn it to CD, mail it to them and call it a day. Total hours are probably around 12. With my hourly rate, I would definitely be cutting him a deal....but, like I said, if he's given you work before and will continue to, that is worth something right there.
