so let me get this straight: you bought an item, that clearly says 1 year warranty. pretty standard. then they offer to sell you, for $49, an extended warranty, which you have a year to purchase, and you didnt do it. so now it breaks, and you get mad cause they wont exchange it for you and its out of warranty. sorry, no one to blame but yourself. take responsibility.
