Whenever something breaks for me, I just go buy a new one and put the broken one in the new packaging and return it with the reciept... They can't argue with that.

(Feb 4 06, 17:45)They can when it's a scratched up dirty X-box that doesn't work and a serial number that doesn't match the one on the box and was allegedly bought "2 days ago". Guy tried that when I worked at an electronics store at the mall.
