true, i dont think there is much of a contest really. it just seems like theyre trying to have balls like the u.s. and everyone else trying to develop nuclear weapons, as we have and so have a few other countries.
though i suppose if they flew two civilian planes into nyc...couldnt they just as easily do the same thing with nukes on board? no? iunno. scary to think about.
