well, i am a permalance daytime and freelance night time.
i have always done it. i don't touch small projects because it'll just end up frustrating me. so the projects i take are on $2k to 10k range. i don't do it continuously though out the year but i pull around 80hrs/wk when i do it.
it requires determination and discipline.
