ex. after reading the outline you posted, is seems that efficiency is the ultimate monkey for this company. I know that the handwritten aspect is close to mandatory, but you may want to inject tech and efficiency into this logo.
In fact, I would practice some tough love with duder, and let him know that logos are for perspective costumers to quickly understand what it is that they do. not for the enjoyment of managers.
