I don't mind wiping the disk in order to create a partition, just as long as I can put all the system files, applications, etc. back on.
I have Carbon Copy Cloner, I just need to know what steps I need to take in order to copy to my external disk and then replace all the data.
For example, where do I boot from once the disk has been wiped?
Sorry for all the questions, just want to be 100% sure that I can replace all my data (which CCC claims to do).
