they are gonna sure everyone...
i read the legal brief that was attached ...
they said that cause TKNY has good interior design, sells watches, cool gadgets, and they cant have that name...
i am pissed... if TKNY was selling cloths that were similar to DKNY brand, there would be a case BUT they are not.. and their name is short for stuff from ToKyo to New York... its not like their full name is Tony Karim New York...
