Seems like the film market is a bunch of overgrown kids who enjoy the beatification of violence as entertainment. It's frustrating because filmmakers with a lot of promise are having a hard time getting funding for projects. Which is why you see people like (the very talented) Ang Lee are making silly movies like "The Hulk".
