Blueman,
Colour it blue and you might just have a good starting point...
If you decide to use an icon along with text (your examples) try to steer clear of both descriptive copy 'blue man' and iconology 'the blue man symbol'. Both offer the same explanation/meaning so you only need one or the other to communicate the message.
Also, just because you have the word 'blue' in your company name it doesn't necessarily mean that the logo should be blue...orange could be both different and contradictory to the norm...
