    Mr. Tatro,

I can’t believe I had to wake up to this on a Friday morning.

I cannot believe, that YOU out of all people on NT would be jealous of Sean's new splash page. I would normally let this sort of thing slide, but not this time.

If you had ANY idea of what Sean has gone through to get to this point, you would shit your diaper.

I decided against writing you an email, since the words you wrote defacing my business partner and good friend Sean, as well as myself, were on Newstoday.

To clear up any speculation regarding the photography on Sean’s splash page, Getti and I work as a unit most of the time. He sometimes assists my shoots, and I sometimes assist his shoots. We composite close to 70% of our shots, some being completely shot in studio on green-screen, and environment photography pulled from our database of skies, buildings, parking lots, concrete, etc., which has been collected and shot over the past 4 years. Some shots are built with my sky, my smoke, Sean’s night backdrop, and then Sean’s subject. In essence, we share our photos in production and post-production.

Belittling our process down to a few basic filters, and then insulting Sean by the jewelry he chooses to wear is laughable.

Calling Sean a “fake” is also unacceptable. I have known Sean for 5 years, and not once has he disappointed me, not been there for me, or ripped off other people’s work as his own. He continues to surprise me day in and day out, with his ever-expanding skill set in the areas of art direction, photography, flash development, and design.

Sean has never ridden on anybody’s coat tails. He initiates and collaborates on a variety of projects with Greg, myself, and various agencies around Toronto, and the world.

The point, which angers me the most, is you accusing Sean of using my portfolio as his own, in his negotiations to work with Indusblu. Sean has his own body of work, which you will see, along with the general public, when his site launches. Sean collaborated with Matt Rix on the coding aspects of his new site, and splash page, to get certain elements to work correctly - letting Sean work on the art direction and photography aspects of his work. Don’t get me wrong either; Sean hand coded many aspects of his new site and splash page. He can currently code circles around me, as I have been focusing my efforts on other endeavors.

Evan, you have no idea what the fuck you are talking about. You need to keep your mouth shut, and my name out of your dirty mouth. You have made a very serious mistake that will not go unnoticed in the future. I have had enough of your negative bullshit.

The point of this post is not for an apology, or to stir up shit. It is simply to make you think before you post, especially when you are referring to me or Sean in a negative context.
