depends on too many factors...time frame, budget, what content is needed, is the content already created or do yo need to create from scratch, any custom artwork needed, pricing may also depend on what part of the country you are in.
you should charge based on what you think your talents are worth...and decide whether you want to charge a flat fee or hourly rate....
