I went to my studio and I thrashed the place I went crazy and booted a bin (trash can) around for a while until I saw a broom and snapped that and then got tore into some polystyrene nunchuck style. My boss came in as I was stabbing the polystyrene he just laughed and said he's got his Rage back.
