you seem lost so i'll say it slow
settling is not success whatsoever at all
if you want to do something more, something else go do it
if you are at a job that only pays your bills and lets you do what you want but you feel trapped
you are settling
settling goes both ways
rich man has tons of money doesn't need it, hates the stress of his job quits as ceo becomes bank teller for less money, didn't settle, voila success
pixel monkey being shit on at work no matter how hard he tries hates his job but needs the money failure
same kid makes bank with some website doesn't feel the stress anymore becomes a painter (but isn't well recieved) who cares he paints what and when he wants now success
the moreal of the story,
settling = failure no matter how much monetary incentive is involved
success = doing what you want
work - settling = success
