oks if you go check out the "enter comp" page theres a 'property evaluation help' down the right side of the page.
if you try clicking one of these and putting in the postcode ... it seems there are LOADS of these flats for sale in the SAME block!

what you reckon, either this lass CANT sell her house cos theres so many others for sale in the same block so shes resorted to doin it this way
- maybe everyones moving out cos its shit to live there
- maybe theyre gonna be building something huge right beside it so everyone is moving out.
