The winner will be the entrant whose valuation of the property is numerically closest to the sealed valuation.14. What if two or more people give the same answer?
If more then one entrant has entered the same valuation then their tie-break answers will be taken into consideration and a winner will be determined according to which answer is deemed wittiest
