    i have dreams where i can control my actions to a certain degree. I think its called LATENT DREAMING. Its in colour. But every now and then it involves writing which doesnt make sense its like a random grouping of letters. I wake up but i cant remember the letters but i think they are in a random order if that makes sense. I sometimes have what seems to be called sleep paralysis. I have never seen a specialist just googled my symptons. Sorry is this is a repeat post i didnt read any of the others.
