get rid of those '+' !
your portfolio is of a much higher standard than the website. it looks to me like the site was designed by a teenager, the portfolio the work of a professional.
+ i don't think listing 'apps' used is of any relevance (unless you're sponsored by Adobe)
i'm giving you a B-, could do better.
