    If there are luxury high rise condos, golf courses and resorts being built, who do you think is going to be there, Question?

    It is institutionalized gentrification that Nagin talks about mostly (not necessarily in this speech).

    Hotels, casinos, resorts, golf courses, etc. all provide jobs for locals dont they?

    So do you think it would be better to revert the way it was, poor? Leave it the way it was before the floods?
